But I would have enjoyed this much more back around 1970 when I supported Leicester and Peter Shilton was on the rise. I would have been one up against my brother who supported Liverpool. Liverpool was again on the rise and soon won the league again and again.

It's great for Leicester, and as a Chelsea fan, killing off Spurs hope was a bonus.

 

It's petty, but so are most sports rivalries, and really is the only thing we CFC fans have this season.

As a Spurs fan I am a bit gutted, but also really happy for LCFC. Such an awesome story and good for football in the UK all round.

What I'm vary of ... W here will they be next season - securely mid table, in the fight to defend their crown, or dodging relegation.
