So they have released it. 

It's scathing of Management for failing to provide head coach David Kidwell with a high level document outlining the plan to win the Cup. 

They are scatching of management for a dozen other things including appointment of head coach. 

Reports say this will effectively end DK's tenure as head coach. 

The report in my view doesn't support sacking him, though this is probably good. In my view what it does support is a sacking of a number of high level execs within NZRL for their failure to provide leadership. 

I am not a RL fan, however the report does seem to find more fault higher up than DK and who else would they find who could do a significantly better job than DK if he was provided appropriate support including high performance managers etc. 

David's whining during the campaign was quite offputting I have to say, and he may not be the guy for the job, but in my view heads should be rolling much higher up.
