I see Spark have released their RWC pricing, which is all well and good, quite impressed with the early bird price actually.

But I can't see where to actually buy this. Can't see anything on the Spark Sport site, nothing on Spark's site itself....am I missing something obvious or have they not actually got a payment page up yet?

Thanks.

https://www.sparksport.co.nz/RWC2019

to be clear, this is a spark sport offer, not a spark deal. (thus not being on the spark site)

I'm told Android TV is close, it's missed from the content on spark sport but definitely still scoped.

I've asked that list to be updated.

I find one of the FAQ answers to be quite interesting:

SS FAQ

The wording of the answer makes me feel like Spark may be intending to offer a discounted deal to Spark customers closer to the competition if, say, sales aren't as expected. 'Sign up for Spark or upgrade your plan in the month of July and get RWC2019 free - only with Spark' etc.

Which is the kind of deal that spark said would happen if sky / voda came together as 1 company. Really kind of a pot / kettle thing going on.

I'm not a huge huge rugby fan, but at that price it's rather hard to turn down.

Or are there alternative ways to watch the games live for free (legally)?

Yes. that's about right, I deliberately didnt drop a date as not to set an expectation on a team that i'm not part of.

i think you guys may be reading into it too much.

Remember it's already public information that there is going to be some sort of wholesale agreement.

You might find that Vodafone (for argument sake) take that, and do some sort of an offer.

All that clause is really saying is, upfront, Spark Sport will do refunds on the voucher if you decide you nolonger want the earlybird pricing.

Is there any chance of a PS4 app for the RWC? I asked on Facebook and got a reply that it's "in our roadmap" but nothing further.
