Looking for one of these to rehab a wrist issue, don't want to wait 2 months for one to come from China and most of what I have found comes from China. I'd really prefer one with a self-start mechanism.

Does anyone know retailers who sell them and have stock in NZ? Mighty Ape usually carry this type of stuff, but nada.
