@Rushmere Interesting, I honestly thought it was a same network type thing. But still needs the iPhone to receive the message in the first place and if that isn't happening then no device will get the message.
@rugrat No, ANZ does not use iMessage (I worked on the internet banking / digital stack for years). If there is capability within verified by visa to do a pushed based notification then they should be using this but honestly in my years of working there I had tried multiple times to stop them from using SMS for anything citing it is insecure (that was an uphill boulder). They use app based push notifications for a few things and appears they're building further integration so hopefully more comes from this (I don't work there anymore so don't know and if I did I wouldn't share information anyway).
