Getting excited now, and starting to panic about last minute things.

Like how are going to get from airports to hotels??

We looked at buses and trains, and hotel shuttle services, when I had a sudden thought about Uber.

We used it last year in Brisbane so the app is already installed and I have an account, so do I need to do anything special to use it in North America?

Or do I just fire it up and let the ride come to me?

Uber accounts work globally.

It's not hard to find Lyft promo codes either. They're aggressively trying to compete on price.

I signed up at the start of the month and got $5 off my first 10 rides.
