Actual presentation starts about 25 mins in for me?

Very inspirational and as a growing believer in Musk’s ability to bring out what he promises... I am very excited to be living in this window of Earths lifespan!

@fred99 Yes, it may be uh huh now but I think it's something great that's about to happen. Even if a colony is not established, just the amount of research invested in this would be a giant advance for humankind.

I told my 11 year old daughter today that she's living in a wonderful time.

I almost fell over laughing when I heard the acronym for his spacecraft program - immediately obvious what it stood for. He's definitely pushing at boundaries, which is a great thing.

But it's not the Australian Research and Space Exploration (yes, I know it's a joke)

Someone on twitter wondered if he played Doom and it was a reference to the BFG... He replied "Yup :)".

Dunno if he's still in Adelaide...Might try and chase him tomorrow (not really).

Doubt he'll be here for long anyway... No volcano to build a lair in.
