Hi all, I have two family members travelling together at the end of the month, they both are Air NZ Silver and each have 1 recognition upgrade. I cannot find a way through the system to submit an upgrade request together.
Now I know I could go into both their accounts and request upgrades separately, but this will most likely result in only 1 being upgraded and them being separated on the flight.
Any advice on how I could achieve this? I was going to phone Air NZ later but lately I've had a lot of reps lately who have been easily confused, and this will most likely do so.
