Anyone else had to reset their AirNZ password recently?

I haven't used my AirNZ login in ages and have forgotten the password.

I use the Forgot Password link and enter in my username and email address.

The email arrives within a few minutes and I click the link provided.

The date and time in the email is correct for the request I just did, so not an old one.

On that page I enter in the new password twice and click the Send button but then I always get this error:

"This link may have have already been used to reset your password or it may have expired. Links expire after 24 hours. Request new link."

I've tried on multiple computers and multiple browsers all with the same result.

Just me with this issue?

Probably going to have to call them about it.

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.
