Are there any ways these days to buy APD other than having a KiwiBank credit card? Last time I did it via OneSmart, but that option looks to be gone.

I have a Westpac credit card, but you apparently can't buy APD via that and I'm 49APD short of what I need, and the rollover for credit card rewards is the day of the trip I'm taking!

Is it for flights on Air New Zealand?

If so, I understand you can use a mix of cash and airpoints towards flights (saw an ad on-line yesterday touting this) - see https://www.airnewzealand.co.nz/airpoints-flexipay. which says the cash can be up to 80% of the cost.

Rental car unfortunately, and that one doesn't support FlexiPay!
