The last communication I got from AirNZ about my credit was over a year ago, and that cited the need to use it before June this year.

 

Has anyone received any update or change to that?

Just book a Flexi fare with it and then cancel, it should give you another year of credits.

UPDATE:  Finally found the bit on their web site that extends the credit uptake date until January 2023.
