So anyway... https://www.reddit.com/r/GROKvsMAGA/

Grok (on Xitter - doesn't seem to act this way when talking to it directly) has been made to believe Elon is basically "god" and will defend him over anything. Including who is best at drinking their own piss...

Wow!

Elon needs to be sent to Mars immediately to protect the perfect human from danger on Earth. :-)

Lack of atmosphere, the radiation, exposure to high energy particles raining down from space, the poisonous soil with only frozen water largely inaccessible will matter not to this superhuman.

A living Doctor Manhattan.

A smaller rocket can be used as payload is only him.
Fortunately, Elon's brilliance breaks the laws of physics and carries no weight.
This can and has to be done pretty much immediately.

Lessor humans cannot be trusted with Mars.
The fate of the Earth is at stake.
Send him now !   :-)

The probability of him being struck by a meteorite is higher. 😁

I really wonder who brought all these crazy flashbulbs into reality and gave them such power.

Those figures seem nuts. It can't relate to material costs. If the parts supplied were only worth $7386 fitted to every Cybertruck made so far  you'd only get to $2.9B if the production run went to over 500 million.

It's almost as if Elon sent a letter saying "Deals off, here's payment for the lunch you paid for at our meeting."

Did we ever find out what really caused his black eye? His ridiculous story of "Oh, I encouraged my son to punch me, we were just playing around"...come on, spare me 🙄

Apologies because I agree with many of your posts but this is just descending to the level of tabloid gossip. Musk is a thoroughly flawed human being and should not be able to disrupt the lives of people on a whim, but even for someone like him his personal life should be personal. If no-one was charged for a crime and he isn't complaining, then it is nobody's business how he came by a black eye. He was asked, he gave an explanation, that should be the end of the matter. There are far, far, far more important things he gets up to that should be subjected to scrutiny.

Oh you're right, it probably is getting down to tabloid level. I was just asking the question as I found the reason he gave to be preposterous.

I'd actually forgotten all about it until I saw the preview of that video about him above and that reminded me.

In any case, he's never going to tell, and given he's no longer working in government it's probably not relevant anymore.

Here's something he's started doing again. Despite a fairly sizeable falling out with the orange buffoon, and then making noises about starting his own political party, he's actually putting his thumb on the scale again and funding some Republicans for the midterms:

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/did-elon-musk-just-confirm-003152087.html

“America is toast if the radical left wins. They will open the floodgates to illegal immigration and fraud. Won't be America anymore,” the Tesla CEO wrote.
