Three remarkably anti-Trump FOX NEWS opinion pieces published today:

No space for Guilani's latest outburst either. In other news Murdoch has called NYPost's pro-trump editor back to the boardroom or somewhere similar.

Looks like Trump has revert to all CAPS on this twitter posts, and even claims he got more votes than any sitting President. He loves Cherry picking stats that don't paint the full picture, because Hillary got more peoples votes than him last time, and Biden got more peoples votes than him this time. It is not as though Biden didn't also win the popular vote, which Trump lost last time. More than half of voters voted for Hillary last time, yet Trump became President. That is a flawed system.

Who you talking about? Trump? heard the name before, its now in the history books. :-)

But yes you're correct, its a flawed system. Its actually designed that way, to force compromise. It has some merits but it needs a meeting of the minds. GOP needs to act upon the mandate not on the Senate majority if they hold that. Easier to say than do I suspect. Apparently Biden and McConnell get on I heard.

Excellent speeches though. Whatever the US future brings, at least they have two decent people to try to make a difference.

The New York Times - Biden makes his first remarks to the nation as president-elect.

WILMINGTON, Del. — Joseph R. Biden Jr. addressed the nation for the first time as president-elect on Saturday night, delivering a message of unity and trying to soothe the extraordinary divisions that defined the last four years in American politics.

I pledge to be a president who seeks not to divide, but unify,” he said at the outset of his speech. “Who doesn’t see red states and blue states, only sees the United States.” ...

He made no mention of Donald Trump.

No flubs. Minimal stutter.

Good bread and butter stuff.

I just love these fanatical christian republicans. They said Trump was god's choice to be president and he was gonna be re-elected. Now that he hasn't got a second term, it was because the democrats cheated and rigged the election. So that means god almighty wasn't powerful enough to stop the cheating and rigging.

Good speech buy Biden (as far as Biden speeches go), I wish he didn’t shout everything though. He said all the right things.

Kamala is definitely the better speaker of the two though.

It’s just sad and pathetic how Trump is carrying on now though. He’s clearly completely detached from reality, and it makes you wonder if he actually believes his own lies (does he even know what he’s saying is untrue)?

I think it will depend on whether the Republicans act. Maybe they will cut ties with him as he will likely become a liability for them? Any president has to be gracious in defeat. Trump will have his own presidential library built, and all of his public speeches etc will be published in it, so he wants to be careful with how he now acts

Other way round I thought. Excellent Biden, OK from Harris. Agree with the positive start.

Makes a refreshing change to have someone who can put a complete sentence together without stumbling along.

He also said there would be a vaccine before the election. Another lie

I wonder if Biden will keep on  Fauci.

This is from Trump's pastor apparently? Robert Jeffress -

“Daniel 2:21 says that ‘It is God who changes the times and the epochs; He removes kings and establishes kings.... If President Biden succeeds, we all succeed. May God bless Joe Biden, and may God bless the United States of America."
