Fantastic.
Also, a former great cartoonist now resorts to telling people they are wrong about the election:

Well that's me decided, never buying any Dilbert books ever again. I wonder if this puts any other Dilbert fans off him as well?
(note that Trump also retweeted this, rather than doing much less important things like, I dunno, fighting coronavirus?)

I have watched some of Scotts streams. He has been a big Trump supporter since before the election in 2016 from what I can remember.
Have put me right off anything to do with Scott Adams.

He's still a great cartoonist. It doesn't make him a great person and never did.
I can separate his art from his personality just as I can enjoy Kevin Spacey or Harvey Weinsteins films while finding their personal behaviour abhorrent.

1 out of 2 of Americans like Trump, so the chances of some random American being pro trump is about 50%

This is very Australian, very funny, definitely NSFW or for the easily offended.

FTFY
1 out of 2 of Americans like Republicans, so the chances of some random American being pro trump is not that high given the lack of riots or protest by Trump fans, and the many GOP senators/officials that dont.

I dunno, I beg to differ. I find the newest Dilbert cartoons are not really as amusing as they used to be. The classic ones are still quite funny though.
If people have no issue like you're describing then (Kevin Spacey, etc) how come Scott Adams doesn't get hired as a public speaker anymore?

I think a distinction can be made between supporting someone and enjoying their art. If the art is available in a form that does not benefit the artist, then go for it. If the artist gets financial or moral support from your clicks, then you should maybe reconsider.
As an example, I still enjoy some of Michael Jackson's work and I don't feel guilty for that. If his children benefit from that, I have no problem with it. If he was still reaping royalties, I might.
