Anyway, it's an inspired troll of the far right, and I take my hat off to whoever came up with it.

You have to read that headline carefully, an MP that Johnson came into contact with tested positive, but not Johnson himself. In other words it's not "Boris Johnson self-isolating after PM tests positive for Covid-19". The BBC needs to learn about Hamming distances in headlines.

The only single-term ex-president who's been impeached, Citizen Trump will still be tweeting "I WON!" from the uncomfortable cold stainless steel toilet of a NY state prison.
