This man deserves a medal and I hope President Biden will remember that. He is so much more a better man than the orange turd.

DS248:

Trump releases video showing him with a an image of the Nobel Peace Prize!

We once had here such a fat full post in a fantasy uniform - Hermann Göring - who had proposed himself for the award of medals from foreign countries, while his boss merely referred to himself as a Private (which is why he was no less dangerous).

Add it to the pile of other lawsuits he'll face when he leaves office (can someone please refresh me as to what those were for again)?

The Washington Post - Trump lashes out at ‘weak and tired’ Republican congressional leadership

today

President Trump on Tuesday lashed out at fellow Republicans who lead his party on Capitol Hill both for not fully embracing his unfounded claims of election fraud and for allowing an override of his veto of a $741 billion defense authorization bill to advance.

WE NEED NEW & ENERGETIC REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP. This can not stand,” Trump said in a string of morning tweets in which he continued to air grievances about the election ...

Trump did not name any Republican leaders, but Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) appeared to be among those he was targeting.

Two weeks ago, McConnell recognized Biden as the president-elect.

He has also discouraged GOP senators from participating in challenges to the electoral college votes when Congress meets to certify the results next week. ...

I check and the Nobel prize is copyrighted.

It seems right-wing groups are the first to support jail-term for copying music, and the most likely to break music copyrights in the political ads.

I can't recall any left-wing ever running foul of copyright laws.

Tweets don't count as leadership or work. Just like yelling "get off my my lawn" from your bedroom window doesn't count as yard work.

As far as his accusation that the Republicans are taking the path of least resistance, I always thought appealing to a political base's fear, greed, envy, sloth, ignorance, racism, religious beliefs and false patriotism were the paths of least resistance.

Pot... kettle ... black

Apologies for posting a dated review here, but I hadn't heard much about this, uh, "book" from Scott "I Love Trump" Adams:

https://www.amazon.com/Win-Bigly-Persuasion-World-Matter/dp/0735219710

...until I had this review pointed out to me this evening. I thought it was quite amusing, especially how the reviewer basically demolishes all of his arguments as to why Trump won in 2016:

https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2017/10/31/donald-trump-election-dilbert-facts-persuasion-215766

I though the bit about Adams protecting his revenue becoming a Trumper as the newspaper world (the same one that publishes his Dilbert cartoons) declines was an interesting take on why he's doing it.

Edit: also, lol: https://twitter.com/ScottAdamsSays/status/1238161191807021056

Also at Politico (sorry for all the spam), a list of predictions for 2020 that were hopelessly wrong:

I'm not sure I caught the cultural reference. Is it 18th century Joseph Addison?
