From the BBC coverage, "Inside the Capitol, lawmakers have resumed the special Congressional session meant to confirm the presidential election results, and Joe Biden's win. Speaking in the Senate, Republican Senator Ben Sasse blamed Donald Trump specifically for today's unrest.
