kingdragonfly: I was going to suggest a Trump drinking game.

However Trump's vocabulary is so so limited, and predictable, that you'd kill a horse with all the beers or liquor shots drunk.

He was literally still frequently mentioning Hillary Clinton, Obama, and the size of his inauguration, years after the won the 2016 election.

So I designed this BINGO board. It's still going to be a quick game.

It may be hard to complete because of the voice in your head constantly screaming "what a load of crap!"

I see you've left off 'very' and 'tremendous' in an effort to extend the game to at least 15 seconds. Well done.

Followed by rambling self-aggrandising story he just made up.

HuffPost - Trump Reportedly Made A Bonkers Air Force One Offer To Kim Jong Un

22 Feb 2021

Then-President Donald Trump reportedly made an unusual offer to North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un during their 2019 summit in Hanoi.

President Trump offered Kim a lift home on Air Force One,” Matthew Pottinger, the top Asia expert on Trump’s National Security Council, told the BBC *.

What made the situation even stranger was the fact that talks between the United States and North Korea had broken down over Pyongyang’s nuclear program.

Yet as he was leaving, Trump offered Kim a free ride on the world’s most famous - and most secure - aircraft.

The president knew that Kim had arrived on a multi-day train ride through China into Hanoi and the president said: ‘I can get you home in two hours if you want,’” Pottinger said. “Kim declined.”

According to the BBC, Trump’s aides were “stunned” by the offer.

The "New Guy" definitely has my vote...

https://www.nytimes.com/2021/02/17/us/politics/biden-town-hall-milwaukee.html

"...On Tuesday night, Air Force One landed in a Wisconsin digging out from a blizzard, and as the country’s attention was finally more fully focused on Mr. Biden, after the end of the second impeachment trial of his predecessor, Donald J. Trump, over the weekend.

Continuing his practice throughout impeachment, Mr. Biden appeared eager to avoid mention of his most recent predecessor. At one point, he referred to Mr. Trump as “the former guy.”

When asked by the moderator, the CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, about his thoughts on the verdict of Mr. Trump’s impeachment trial, Mr. Biden said he wanted to move on. “For four years, all that’s been in the news is Trump,” he said. “The next four years, I want to make sure all the news is the American people. I’m tired of talking about Trump.”

At one point, however, he could not resist a veiled dig, telling Mr. Cooper that all but one living former president had reached out to him by phone, making it clear that it was only Mr. Trump who had not.

Trump crowned? No faux King way!

The Washington Post - Opinion -  Republican voter suppression kicks into high gear

24 Feb 2021

Voter suppression has long been a Republican interest, but now they’re getting really serious about it.

So serious, in fact, that they’re starting entire organizations dedicated to finding ways to keep Democrats from the polls.

Ken Cuccinelli, the far-right former attorney general of Virginia and Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security under President Donald Trump (that was his actual title), has formed a group called the "Election Transparency Initiative".

Its goal: to make sure election laws aren’t changed to make it easier for people to vote, especially people who might vote for Democrats. ...

Honestly a bit of a boring interview, because of the former PM dodges and ducks for the first 10 minutes.

I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. She has been involved in some minor tax scandals, but nothing too serious.

The Oversight Board has 90 days to make a decision, but a ruling is expected more quickly. Its decision is binding and cannot be overruled by CEO Mark Zuckerberg or any other Facebook executive.

"What's a lynching threat among friends? At least I stopped the whole 'severed head on a spike' thing."

Raw Story: Conservative begs Mike Pence to come to CPAC and swears he'll get a 'warm reception' -- despite death threats

Appearing on MSNBC Sunday, American Conservative Union director Dan Schneider explained that CPAC invited Pence along with former President Donald Trump last year while they were still in the White House. Trump agreed to attend recently, while Pence revealed this weekend that he would not be attending.

During the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, Pence narrowly escaped being attacked by insurrectionists who were calling for him throughout the halls. Trump specifically cited Pence during the rally and the rally before it when he spoke to Georgia voters. Attackers erected a hangman's noose on the west front lawn of the Capitol while people chanted, "hang Mike Pence!"

The phrase was so prolific that Twitter had to block the phrase from trending on the site as Trump fans took to the social media site with their displeasure, WIO News reported.

The New York Times - Manhattan D.A. Now Has Trump’s Tax Returns

today

Tax and financial records that former President Donald J. Trump fought to keep secret for nearly 18 months have been turned over to the Manhattan district attorney’s office, which is investigating possible fraud by Mr. Trump and his company, an official said.

The voluminous records, including eight years of personal tax returns, were handed over to prosecutors on Monday, the same day that the Supreme Court rejected Mr. Trump’s final bid to block a subpoena for them.

A spokesman for the district attorney, Cyrus R. Vance Jr., confirmed in an email that the office had received the records just hours after the court issued its brief, unsigned order.

Tiny steps ...   😉

This article has to hold the world record for the use of "fraud"

It's a veritable rogue's gallery, possible a movie casting call for "Dumb and Dumber 4", or a "Florida man" competition.

ABC News: Businessman seeks to avoid prison in Giuliani-tinged case

A Florida businessman who hired Rudy Giuliani to lend credibility to a fraud-busting company that was a fraud itself is seeking to avoid a prison sentence at his upcoming sentencing.

A lawyer for David Correia said in a submission to a judge Monday that his client is a changed man no longer likely to be lured into wrongdoing by greed-driven accomplices....

Judges exclaims "my goodness. I've never heard of someone in court saying they're a changed man. Here's all the money in my wallet, my car keys. You may go free. :)

New York Daily News: Rudy Giuliani tried dodging getting served with $1B Dominion Voting Systems suit: source

Rudy Giuliani spent a week dodging service of a $1.3 billion lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems after publicly declaring he was ready for the legal fight, a source told the Daily News.

...A detailed account of efforts to serve Giuliani, which was provided to the Daily News by a source, told a different story. A doorman, knowing process servers were looking for Giuliani, locked the door to the building whenever the former mayor entered the lobby.

On Feb. 7, a pair of process servers and Giuliani got into an awkward standoff during a nasty winter storm. That morning, the doorman to the building waved to a Ford Explorer SUV parked down the street. Giuliani got in the passenger seat and closed the SUV door as a process server lunged forward with a bag full of documents.

“This is not the way it’s supposed to be done. You should have gone to my office,” Giuliani said, according to the account. The lawsuit was lodged between the SUV door.

The doorman got involved, jabbing his umbrella into the SUV door. The driver and doorman pulled the bag of legal documents, allowing Giuliani to close the SUV door. The process server left the bag in front of Giuliani’s building, which the doorman had locked yet again.

“These documents now belong to Giuliani,” the process server declared.

Building staff apparently didn’t agree. The process server saw a maintenance worker throw the bag of legal documents in a trash can on the street. They retrieved the legal documents and continued pursuing Giuliani.

For the next two days, the process server failed to intercept Giuliani at his office or apartment building. Staff at Giuliani’s office ignored messages to set up an appointment to hand off the suit.

At one point, his driver went through a red light while dodging the process server, according to the account. Finally, on Feb. 10, Giuliani’s assistant accepted service on his behalf.

Hahaha. I bet he's running scared now, because he's finally come to the realisation that all his tough guy talk doesn't count for 0 when it actually hits the courtroom.

When does the trial happen anyway? How long until he's (rightfully) taken to the cleaners?
