Oh that will make him absolutely apoplectic with rage! Wonderful.
kingdragonfly: Justice delayed is justice denied
I get this and I agree with the sentiment, but I do feel this very disturbing image is a step too far here.

I just saw an item on CNN about voter intimidation. Apparently militia types with weapons are congregating around polling stations. Not doing anything illegal, just being threatening by their presence.
It occurs to me to wonder what would happen if a group of people dressed in clown suits showed up and gathered next to them. Also not doing anything overt, just hanging around. It is a public space, not private property.

That's in Somalia, is it?

This would normally have given me some grounds for optimism, but then again I remember everyone saying "someone named Trump" wouldn't go on to win in 2016, either.
I wonder if the title of this thread will be changed back to: "The President Of The USA: Donald Trump" before the "Former" and "Finally Jailed" bits are added?
Dirty deeds, coming soon ...
The Washington Post - Pro-Trump Republicans court election volunteers to ‘challenge any vote’
25 October
The Republican National Committee and its allies say they have staged thousands of training sessions around the country on how to monitor voting and lodge complaints about next month’s midterm elections. ...
“We’re going to be there and enforce those rules, and we’ll challenge any vote, any ballot, and you’re going to have to live with it, OK?” one-time Trump adviser Stephen K. Bannon said on a recent episode of his podcast.
“We don’t care if you don’t like it. We don’t care if you’re going to run around and light your hair on fire. That’s the way this is going to roll.” ...
[This] has created a dilemma for election officials, who rely on ordinary citizens to do the grunt work of democracy - checking in voters, for instance, or opening absentee ballots - but now fear some of those who show up could become agents of disruption.
Sideface
Bannon needs to learn to shut his big, stupid mouth. It's already got him in trouble. Just send him off to jail already and let him stew - Christ knows he deserves it.
Interesting review of Confidence Man - which I just finished reading. Has a lot of the background on what made Trump the person he is.
A horrible but inevitable consequence of the disintegration of American society.
