Of course, that's right, Donald. Focus on the non-existent election fraud (even though you know you lost), instead of focusing on the important stuff like this 🙄

Those recent 1938 Nazi quotes from Yiannopoulos in the article are sickening. Apparently Fuentes and Yiannopoulos have a role in Kanye West's campaign. I'd be surprised if anyone wants to even breathe the same air as Ye after this. Ye is out of excuses.

That link seems to produce a 403 'forbidden' error.

The link works. Are you using a VPN or proxy perhaps?

Weird. I tried it several times and got the same. I had to use a VPN to read the article. Not sure what the issue is. There is some vile quoted material, but nothing that should trigger any censors.

Perhaps your ISP is blocked due to bad traffic at some point?

It looks like either they have blocked your ISP, your ISP is blocking it and deciding what you can read - or some other service you use might be doing it.

My ISP is AO Net. I don't think they would be doing this. It is the first time I have encountered it.

Regarding the 403 error, you may try the advice here. It discusses Chrome, but the advice should work with any browser. Note that "clear your browser cache" can be inconvenient, because it may force you to log in to memorized websites.

I read that article and I suspect the person writing that is not a native speaker and doesn't know much about it. The 403 response is a status sent by the server that means "Forbidden". In other words "I do not want you to download this page/content".

It is usually a block somewhere. Either the ISP is blocking it, or the server itself has a rule to not allow visitors from a specific IP address, ISP or country to access it.

Seeing other NZ visitors can see the page, I would bet that the server is blocking the ISP because at some point they had some bad clients connecting from it.

There isn't much that visitors can do on the browser side to bypass a 403.

CNN: Judge says Trump’s political actions around 2020 election not protected by ‘absolute immunity’

...Civil rights groups have sued Trump for trying to disenfranchise voters. While Trump’s lawyers argue he can’t be held liable in civil lawsuits because of immunity around the presidency, Judge Emmet Sullivan of the DC District Court on Monday disagreed.

Sullivan is simply allowing the [groups] to rewrite their lawsuit against Trump. The judge hasn’t determined yet whether Trump is actually liable for what they claim.

...“If Former President Trump disrupted the certification of the electoral vote count, as Plaintiffs allege here, such actions would not constitute executive action in defense of the Constitution. For these reasons, the Court concludes that Former President Trump is not immune from monetary damages in this suit,” Sullivan wrote.

Still, Sullivan had harsh words about Trump’s response to the 2020 and 2022 elections. That combative response, Sullivan wrote, could show that Trump could still “pose a very substantial risk in the future to Plaintiffs’ fundamental right to vote.”

“President Trump continues to spread false claims about the 2022 elections and continues to attempt to pressure officials into nullifying the election results: Plaintiffs extensively allege the efforts of Former President Trump and his allies as recently as March 2022 to get state officials to overturn the election results; to endorse and provide financial support to candidates for office who supported his false claims of election fraud; all while fundraising for the 2024 Presidential Election. These allegations are perhaps the opposite of what the Trump Defendants term ‘vague suggestions of fear or intimidation,’” the judge wrote.

I've said it before: only an idiot pisses off a judge.

CNN: Judge reprimands Trump Corp. lawyers for late night filings

Judge Juan Merchan reprimanded lawyers for the Trump Corporation for filing motions and new exhibits late Sunday night that they wanted to introduce Monday morning when they questioned Mazars accountant Donald Bender, telling them he will no longer accept any motions from the attorneys.

Defense attorneys had submitted 18 exhibits to the prosecution around midnight.

“It’s inconsiderate at a minimum,” the judge said. At worst, it’s “good old-fashion sandbagging.”

At times, the judge raised his voice and told defense attorney to be seated.

“It’s almost as though you really don’t want me to rule on the issue,” Merchan told Necheles. “It’s almost as though you don’t want me to get it right. I’m not accepting any filings any more from the Trump Corporation, period.”

The judge denied [the lawyers'] request to consider [the accountant] a “hostile” witness and [another] motion.

[The accountant] testified that Trump Organization executives hid from him some of the compensation and fringe benefits they received. He was aware that certain employees were paid bonuses as if they were consultants, which gave them and the Trump entities certain tax benefits.

...The two Trump Organization entities are charged with nine counts of tax fraud, grand larceny and falsifying business records in what prosecutors allege was a 15-year scheme to defraud tax authorities by failing to report and pay taxes on compensation provided to employees.

The companies have pleaded not guilty and rested their case on Monday.

I saw that, thought it was hilarious. Just waiting for his other lawyer (Alina something?) to step in, and the fun will really begin.

Must be pretty gutting to work for a client who you know is never going to pay you, ever - even if he (somehow) wins.
