The orange buffoon's latest tactic: https://www.politico.com/news/2024/01/12/trump-2020-election-legal-00135230

Nice try, moron, but I don't think this will convince anyone outside of your hardcore base (which, btw, does not make up the entire electorate).

It will be hilarious if Trump ends up tripping over his own manoeuvrings. This happens when really dumb people think they are really smart.

We could do with a few more of these to drive up his blood pressure to stroke level.

'Trump asked to pay...' What a very British understatement.

The MAGA morons would still probably (somehow) blame Trump having a stroke on the Biden administration, even though the orange buffoon is hardly a picture of glowing health.

The Washington Post - Opinion - The question of Trump’s corruption should be front and center

09 Jan 2024

Last week, House Democrats on the Committee on Oversight and Accountability released a bombshell report revealing the extent of President Donald Trump’s alleged corruption.

White House for Sale: How Princes, Prime Ministers, and Premiers Paid Off President Trump” documents “more than $7.8 million in payments from foreign states and their leaders, including some of the world’s most unsavory regimes.” ...

The extent of Trump’s financial haul is astounding.

“President Trump’s businesses received, at a minimum, $7.8 million in foreign payments from at least 20 countries during his presidency. These included payments from foreign governments and foreign government-owned or -controlled entities to properties owned by Donald Trump.”

Countries such as China, Saudi Arabia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Malaysia, Albania and Kosovo “spent - often lavishly - on apartments and hotel stays at Donald Trump’s properties personally enriching President Trump while he made foreign policy decisions connected to their policy agendas with far-reaching ramifications for the United States."

I doubt the threat of a stroke will worry Pumpkinhead - he'll be expecting to be resurrected.

AlterNet - Trump wants 'Republican judges' to 'do the right thing' as his appeals hang in the balance

13 Jan 2024

Former President Donald Trump recently suggested that he expects Republican-appointed judges to rule in his favor as his fate in his two upcoming federal criminal trials rests in their hands.

In a Saturday post to his Truth Social account, Trump complained that federal judges appointed by Republican presidents don't always put politics first, and suggested that they shouldn't be afraid to make overtly partisan rulings.

"Republican Judges are very often afraid to do the right thing. They go out of their way to show they are totally impartial, to the point of making really bad and unfair decisions. Their counterparts, Judges appointed by Democrats, like Biden or Obama, laugh at the stupidity of it all. They go out of their way to follow the party line, they don’t give the opposition a chance. Such a difference - It is so SAD to see!"

As usual, completely uninhibited and shameless  ...  😳

What is really sad is Trump's pathetic vocabulary. Disconsolate, forlorn, lugubrious, morose, woebegone - those, Mr Drumph, are words that ring in the ear.

Funny how most of the judges who turned down his bs election fraud cases were Republicans - including a fairly sizeable portion he appointment himself.

Note Donald, they swear allegiance to the Constitution and law, not orange wannabe dictators like yourself.

Most fish rot from the head first, but not all. Most fish have a stomach, it rots from the gut first.

Not all fish have stomachs; the goldfish / orange Koi carp doesn't.

But the orange Koi carp does share a lot of attributes with Trump.
  • notoriously dumb, with a short memory

  • it chuggs along the bottom

  • eats like a vacuum

  • loves mud

  • eats anything alive

  • stirring up the sediment

  • generally lowering environment's quality

  • wreaks havoc all over the world (including New Zealand

  • is a pest that's particularly destructive; one of the worst in the world.
