Why don’t the police block their communication channels ? Couldn’t they block cell phones like they do in prisons?. The  fact three local schools need a police officer assigned so they can safely get to the train station is disgusting, they have to go up the terrace and around to leave school. I really think they should bring in water cannons and the riot squad . The army should start towing all the cars away , it was a pain in trying to cross the road with all the cars on the median strip across from the station

I was wondering if the big 3 carriers could turn off cells/sectors that point at parliament grounds, make a big dead spot

They would find a way around it though, and there is quite a bit of overlapping coverage. The only way (I think) would be some sort of jammer to jam cell signals locally.

It's like a convention of all the people who have ever been on Neighbors From Hell.

if the weather doesn't shift them this weekend something needs to be done to move them on otherwise they could be a permanent feature.

The pussy footing around won't work with the hard core.

It's ironic that they purport to be supporting 'Freedom' but the likely result of their actions is the need to restrict access to Parliament.

This is an event and gathering I believe? I doubt they are using vaccine passes so shouldn't the numbers be limited to 25 people? Also, given that it is in a space that is accessible to the general public, aren't masks a requirement under the CPF RED setting? ;-)

When protesting I believe you still have to follow the law? If you don't agree with the don't-drive-drunk law then don't get a free ride to drive drunk everywhere as a protest...

OK so sprinklers didn't work.

Batons are out, apparently.

So that leaves us with mortars next. Wish they'd just get on with it.

They are now planting ferns in the lawn. Will they start building a hut next?

Concrete barriers are going up, looks like they are predicting things to get worse.

A lot of people here sure like umbrellas and rain jackets.

Almost like preventative intervention in not getting wet/sick is useful, somehow.

Would have thought they'd be exercising their freedoms to get wet as hell.

Hopefully they get the blond 'Free Ranging Human' guy with the high power green laser.
I expect there are some regulations about waving these about.

The freedom thing gets a bit confused when they want to stop all vaccinations of children.
Those that want to get vaccinated should stop so theirs don't feel left out ?

A mask is too constricting , but a plastic raincoat is fine.

At least he's not an MP anymore...and (hopefully) never will be, ever again.

Maureen Pugh is still an MP, but it seems she might have been confused.

No word on whether he is funding or otherwise supporting any other anti-vax movements.

That would be a bit of an issue for the entire government who are trying to work.

I'd say it's a fair bet he is.

I have no time for the guy, he made a big dick of himself over the rescue of the football team trapped in the cave in Thailand and he keeps going downhill in my estimation.
