Saw this on FB a few minutes ago, can't find a link to any story on any of the news sites confirming it (yet) so not sure how accurate this is:
I don't think it is. There is a hearing on the 22nd (the quickest it can be scheduled under the usual rules) after which the judge can accept or reject it. Not sure what happens after that - I guess ordinarily it would be a case of tough luck and the judgement is carried out while the appeal process goes on. But this is Trump, so who knows.
