freitasm: His writings are about a cabal and how Trump and Hillary are working together, in secret.

I've heard that before from Fox news viewers so it's at least somewhat mainstream crazy, not just crazy from this particular guy.

Politico - After stormy week in court, weather cancels Trump’s North Carolina rally

Even the weather has gone woke!  Cancel culture is everywhere!

Technofreak:

Here I was thinking that if I promoted/displayed another party/person as part of my publicity they paid me.

He's actually threatening people who advertise on his behalf.  How can this not backfire, the response will be that other candidates stop promoting Trump in order to avoid penalties.

Well... If you promote, you have to pay "royalties". If you don't promote, you have to pay "penalties" (as in, good luck getting anything from our team)

Politico - After stormy week in court, weather cancels Trump’s North Carolina rally

20 April 2024

WILMINGTON, North Carolina - After a week confined by the judicial system to a criminal courtroom, former President Donald Trump on Saturday was supposed to get a dose of normalcy.

Instead, the skies opened up over his campaign rally, and throngs of disappointed supporters were sent fleeing for their cars just before it started.

Before

Cancelled

... to be followed by another Stormy week.   😉

EDIT:  At least 10 men wearing the uniform of the Proud Boys attended this rally.

We wonder how many will blame the weather on cloud seeding enacted by the "deep state" and financed by George Soros or Klaus Schwab. Especially in an age when climate change-denying cookers are starting wildfires, then blaming them on the government.

"I regret to say that we of the F.B.I. are powerless to act in cases of oral-genital intimacy, unless it has in some way obstructed interstate commerce." — J. Edgar Hoover

"Create a society that values material things above all else. Strip it of industry. Raise taxes for the poor and reduce them for the rich and for corporations. Prop up failed financial institutions with public money. Ask for more tax, while vastly reducing public services. Put adverts everywhere, regardless of people's ability to afford the things they advertise. Allow the cost of food and housing to eclipse people's ability to pay for them. Light blue touch paper." — Andrew Maxwell

The AG opposed the $175 million bond. Now waiting for the judge to decide.

Good.

What could happen in this scenario? Could he be liable again for the entire fine (the $400-odd million)?

As a guess it may be considered that the bond has not been paid, the appeal collapses, and assets start getting seized.

I don't think Musk had anything to do with this one.

I am disappointed - I had hoped that Trump would be stuck by lightning during one of his unholy rants, in front of his faithful followers.

I live in hope.  🙄

I hate acronyms.

What does HARP stand for?

High Adventure Role Playing
High Altitude Research Project / Program
Hometown Area Recruiting Program
Healing Arts Radiation Protection
Health Assurance Retirement Plan
Humanistic American Religious Party
Home Affordability Refinance Program
Health Administration Responsibility Project
Homeowner Assistance and Reimbursement Programs
Housing Assistance Resources Portal
Hub for Action and Research in Psychology

... and 10 other options.

Any kind of Health Assured Retirement Plan would be a better choice of weapon for electoral success.
