The following is a brilliant article and sums up Trumps Legal and non-legal woes brilliantly.

How a gag order showdown explains everything about Trump

Some great quotes in it.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

So is the guy in the NY courtroom just a body double if they've arrested Trump in Auckland?

Here's something I learned today: there are "honesty offenders" and even "prolific honesty offenders". They are students who cheat in school and plagiarize.

Summary: Trump gets a bonus of 1.2 billion for the use of his name. The CEO sued Twitter over parody accounts that purported to be his cow and his mom. He has no technical background.

Details: Donald Trump’s stake in Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) is not the results of any personal investment.

The specifics of Trump’s financial involvement in TMTG have not been fully disclosed (legal but shady).

The shares he owns in TMTG were not purchased with his own money, but were given to him as part of a merger deal.

The company secured $1 billion in funding from a diverse group of institutional investors ahead of going public via a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC)

A SPAC is a shell company set up for the sole purpose of raising money to acquire another company.

The CEO of TMTG is Devin Nunes, a Republican congressional representative from California

Nunes has been a staunch defender of former President Donald Trump and a critic of Twitter and traditional media.

He is known for his legal battles, including an unsuccessful lawsuit against Twitter over parody accounts that purported to be his cow and his mom.

Despite having no apparent prior experience in the tech industry or as an executive

Nunes resigned from Congress, because it was likely he'd lose the next election.

His background is a dairy farmer and lacks direct tech industry experience.

The Guardian: Trump to receive bonus worth $1.2bn for Trump Media stock performance
...
Trump’s shares in his social media company have offered him a financial lifeline as he faces about $500m in legal penalties after being found liable in civil fraud, defamation and sexual abuse cases.

While he cannot sell his stock until September due to the terms of a lockup agreement, the shares’ fluctuating value have at times made him one of the world’s wealthiest people on paper.

Here's something odd. If you search for "six signs you'll be a billionaire" you'll see plenty of presentations with the same text, but different clipart.

Also known as "The American dream"

However it has no apparent origin.

"Six signs you'll be a billionaire

1) You have big goals.

2) You are persistent.

3) You are decisive

4) You talk about ideas, not people

5) You know what your customers need

6) You start small"

The Washington Post - Meadows, Giuliani and other Trump allies charged in Arizona 2020 election probe

breaking

PHOENIX - An Arizona grand jury on Wednesday indicted seven attorneys and aides affiliated with Donald Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign as well as 11 Arizona Republicans on felony charges related to their alleged efforts to subvert Joe Biden’s 2020 victory in the state, according to an announcement by the state attorney general.

Those indicted include former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman and Christina Bobb, top campaign adviser Boris Epshteyn and former campaign aide Mike Roman.

They are accused of allegedly aiding an unsuccessful strategy to award the state’s electoral votes to Trump instead of Biden after the 2020 election.

Also charged are the Republicans who signed paperwork on Dec. 14, 2020, that falsely purported Trump was the rightful winner ...

Trump was not charged, but he is described in the indictment as an unindicted co-conspirator.

Lara Trump is the daughter-in-law of Donald Trump. She is married to Eric Trump, who is Donald Trump’s least successful child.

She is now the new co-chair of the Republican National Committee. She runs the RNC alongside Michael Whatley, a close Trump ally who served as North Carolina’s GOP chair. The move puts Trump loyalists in control of the GOP’s platform and funds.

Lara Trump in video velow

“Trump showed us a whole lot that we didn’t know was going on — within the media, within Washington, D.C.

He exposed a lot of people. So they have to do everything they can to keep him out of that White House ’cause they know Donald Trump gets in for four more years, the jig is up for them.

The gloves are off. There are no holds barred here.

[Trump] is going full-throttle. He’s not worried about winning another election [in 2028].

It’s four years of scorched earth when Donald Trump retakes the White House.”

It's probably true, if he gets back in.

Let's hope he doesn't.   🙄
