Welcome to the new normal. Luckily, thanks to Luxon, farmers have saved so much money on weakened methane targets and not having to pay into the ETS that they should be easily able to deal with this on an ongoing basis.

And in other news, just the thing to heal our nation, a school to celebrate how awesome white people are.

By the start of the new school year, there will be 15 charter schools across the country - including the Altum Academy, a school which one of its founders hopes will honour the foundations of “Western civilisation”.

The man tasked with getting the school ready for classes next year, former Free Speech Union boss Jonathan Ayling, said he was excited to have a school that could “remember the virtue of civilisation that has come from the West”.

In the email and column which intoduced the new school, Ayling wrote:

Dare to say you believe in Western civilisation today and watch people flinch. It sounds like code for something unusually sinister: exclusion, colonialism or cultural arrogance.Even the word civilisation itself is suspect. Some claim its unironical use could only be a dog whistle to white supremacy

Yes, some might indeed say that. If it looks like a dog whistle and sounds like a dog whistle, it might just be a dog whistle.

Went to get an x-ray this morning.

Could have had it last week, but work commitments meant I left it until this morning.

Turns out last week I could have had the x-ray

This week I can't because the government no longer funds the hospitals for this kind of diagnostic procedure.

Awesome.

I think you have hit the nail on the head. I believe this is why we are not getting good people in the House, why would they volunteer to expose themselves and family to the crap storm of abuse. We desperately need them to stand for election but MSM, social media or whoever is on the opposite side of the house generate a tsunami of frankly gross immature abuse and personal attacks.
