Yeh hes not dumb, just twisted. Where Trump is a survivalist of some horrid acts.  Kennedys reasons are just laughable, especially the nato bit. already debunked so if ppl dumb enough to buy that I think they have prob already bought it from Trump.

Dons just playing same ole game here, his lawyers saying he doesn't have enough time to properly pursue an appeal, well maybe after the 3rd time I think it was in which they were denied having it thrown out they should have spent their time on this. I hope Merchan shows know mercy, they have had plenty enough time, this is well beyond what any other citizen would have been afforded. Most analysts Ive read have said there is not enough crucial evidence to over turn the conviction given that legal term (I forget) for "no jury trial is ever perfecT". It certainly would be a major win for Trump. But my gut feel is Merchan is not a push over. Besides which Trump can appeal the sentencing post, just like any other citizen.
