The first 'Grifter in Chief'.

Never before has a President pumped and dumped ?

He did last time 'a bit on the side' with Hotels and Golf Courses
Stormy knows all about his 'bit on the side', but this.

Insiders ( Him and maybe Family ) will make money sure. That's the point.

His loyal public will get racked.

[Wibbly-wobbly effect]

It is some time in the future (a couple of years).  See if you can answer these questions:

Which US president used the military to deport millions of Mexicans?

Which US president signed into law a ban on people from a specific group being admitted to the US?

Which US president passed a law allowing journalists who disagreed with him to be jailed?

Which US president weaponised his support base against the press?

Which US president created an enemies list to go after when in power?

Which US president had the most officials indicted, convicted, or expelled from their posts on ethics charges relating to influence peddling, bribery, fraud, and other abuses?

Respectfully, you missed one:

Which democratic country that espouses freedom was collectively stupid enough to elect a convicted criminal whose plans include the creation of a dictatorship?

The 36% of Americans who did not vote may feel they are smarter, but really no.

For the rest of us, this has global consequences as others look a think well he can I can.

South Korea's president, his party not winning full control of the house, so attempted coop.
How he got to this, ideas on seeing a teflon Trump ?

Coop's lead to deadly force, imprisoning, torturing to cower the population.
Become Assad.
Yoon only failed because the Security Services, Military, Police were better than him.

Spent all that money to go to the inauguration and now can't see it.

Oh dear. How sad. Never mind.

Which US president had the most officials indicted, convicted, or expelled from their posts on ethics charges relating to influence peddling, bribery, fraud, and other abuses?

And here's the answers, not inline since it'd run over the quote limit:

#1: Dwight Eisenhower (slightly wrong there, it was run by an army general but it was apparently mostly INS after Eisenhower's attempt to get the military to do it failed because of the Posse Commitatus Act).

#2: Chester Arthur.

#3: John Adams.

#4: Andrew Jackson.

#5: Richard Nixon.

#6: Until 2019 the answer would have been Ronald Reagan, then Trump edged him out.

Three questions I omitted were "Which US president made the most use of presidential decrees to bypass Congress" which apparently was Barack Obama but I couldn't get figures for him vs. Trump, "Which US president approved the annexation of a sovereign nation's territory for business reasons" which would have been William McKinley but then the US also annexed a pile of former Spanish territories and spent about a century manipulating governments in South America so I wasn't sure which one to use, and the third one was the Greaser Act, legalising arbitrary discrimination (arrests, violence) against Hispanics and other groups, which even Trump hasn't attempted.

How many people expected the answer to all of those to be "Trump"?  This answers the question I asked during his first term, "how bad is he compared to other presidents?", to which the answer appears to be "it's business as usual for the US".

What observers haven’t noticed, however, is that this measure is directly relevant to the Bannon-Musk battle. Bannon can now enlist a right-wing state attorney general—like Ken Paxton of Texas—to bring a lawsuit designed to halt visas to, say, people from India, which supplies many high-skilled tech workers. Under the law, it’ll be perfectly plausible that a handpicked judge could stop the issuance of such visas.

Bannon stressed that he fully supports Trump, and that he expects Trump to use all his power on his own to deny visas to countries that don’t accept deportees. But Bannon confirmed that he will seize on the law if Trump’s State Department fails to deny visas. “We certainly will call for state A.G.s to do this,” Bannon said.

Musk and many tech executives adamantly support H-1B skilled-worker visas, arguing that they supply tech talent to fill a real shortage of U.S. expertise. Bannon and his camp strongly oppose H-1B visas, claiming that “globalists” like Musk actively seek to give these jobs to foreigners even though Americans absolutely could fill them.

The Bannon-Musk battle is starting to get ugly, and it's only going to get worse (and interesting!). Like I said earlier, the orange buffoon is eventually going to have to pick a side, and if I was a betting man, I reckon he would side with Musk, as he has the money which helped get him elected.

How these conflicts will shake out is unclear. Many Republicans appear to agree with Musk, whom they now dare not cross. It’s perversely amusing that in their rush to give Trump the early victory he craves by passing a terrible immigration bill, Republicans may have inadvertently handed Bannon a potent weapon to use against their new tech overlord—one Bannon appears prepared to wield as aggressively as possible.

😀

Trump always loves drama.

If he kept animals, it would not be as a loving pet, but as blood sport.

He'd get
  • cat and a mouse
  • a hound and a rabbit
  • a ferret and bird.
He get a male Betta fish (Siamese fighting fish / Betta splendens). And put a mirror in the tank.

Or get a Gulper Catfish, just so he could watch it swallow anything that fits in its mouth.

Usually, presidential inaugurations are a domestic affair: the president and vice president take the oath with US officials, past heads of state and other American VIPs present on the steps of the US Capitol building. The public is allowed to watch from the surrounding grounds.

This event, which will be accompanied by an inaugural speech, a parade, musical performances and balls, will be an international affair.

Whether you decide it's a dick measuring contest, or Trump is insecure, unlike traditional inaugurations of US presidents, this one will include a host of foreign leaders, including Trump’s close allies and even some of his rivals.
  • Argentina’s President Javier Milei, far-right leader

  • Chinese President Xi Jinping. Trump's frenemy was invited but declined, but Vice President Han Zheng will attend

  • Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni: Meloni, of the far-right Brothers of Italy party, visited Mar-a-Lago in January. Her office says she is likely to attend if her schedule permits.

  • Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban

  • Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi: While the PM will not attend, Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar will represent him.

  • Ecuador’s President Daniel Noboa: Right-wing

  • El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele: personal friend of Donald Trump Jr

  • Former Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro: the far-right

  • Former Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawieck, leader of the right-wing European Conservatives and Reformists
Maybe it really is true to Trump's words: "If I am elected, this will be the last time you need to vote."

I can already imagine the theme music, a variant of Oingo Boingo's "It's a Dead Man's Party", only this one is "It's a Dictator's Party".  It's pretty much a who's-who of strongmen, far-right politicians, and wannabe (or actual) dictators.

After his $99 NFTs now fraction of value if worthless. 82% drop ?

$Trump coin
Trump Trust owns 80% , plus transaction fees on churn
You want to pay for influence, just drop the bribe via Binance.

Followed by Meliania Coin, first First Lady Pump and Dump.

No one Dumps like Trumps.
Looks like they did a tug on the rug, as value has dropped from peak of $73 to $45.
Today.

Trump started the whole TikTok must sell to a US company thing.
When GOP got control of congress they voted for this.
Suddenly Trump changes his mind.

I suppose with Elon Musk hanging around Trump is thinking ,
'I'm President I can't have this guy richer than me' .

MAGA Voter Buys Trump Coin... THEN IT CRASHES!
