Unibomber, well ask enough people and eventually ?

In sales that is a 'Direct Close'

Alternatives..
'Scarcity Close',
We have a limited number of plea bargains, confess now and we can go easy on you.

'Alternative Close'
Confess now and you can choose your preferred prison/cell.

'Summary Close'
You look the part, eyes too close together, and seem sneaky type we would expect.

'Assumptive Close'
Turn around put your hands behind your back its handcuff time.
Yeh tell it to the judge.

(satire - may be factual):

Also: https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-spent-entire-interview-going-164204022.html

Fox News’ Brett Baier asked Trump about whether his plan to impose tariffs will actually help American consumers. The president is expected to announce reciprocal tariffs this week on “every country,” and a 25 percent tariff on steel and aluminum imports...

Even as Baier spoon-fed Trump an answer to sugarcoat his horrible plan to lower inflation, the president chose to divert into a complete nonanswer.

“No, I think we’re going to become a rich—and look, we’re not that rich right now! We owe $36 trillion. That’s because we let all these nations take advantage of us,” Trump said. “Same thing, like $200 billion with Canada. We owe 300—we have a deficit with Mexico of $350 billion. I’m not going to do that. I’m not going to let that happen!”

I thought his interviews never made sense? 🤔

Why was a pastor fired from a progressive church after preaching an anti-Trump, pro-justice message?

The Guardian - Far-right populists much more likely than the left to spread fake news

11 Feb 20225

Far-right populists are significantly more likely to spread fake news on social media than politicians from mainstream or far-left parties, according to a study which argues that amplifying misinformation is now part and parcel of radical right strategy. ...

The study also highlighted the “symbiotic relationship” between far-right populists and “alternative” media.

Surprise!  😦

Wondering if anyone has realized that letting Musk's hackers into the Federal piggybank means that the system can't be trusted anymore?

Imagine what control of that system would be worth for so many evil people.

Parody of press conference with VP and President Musk

VP Vance: "Check and balances? I got your 'Check and balances' right here!" grabbing crotch.

Reporter: "President Trump. Did you say "He says, ‘You’re not going to be a dictator, are you?’ I said: ‘No, no, no, other than day one. We’re closing the border, and we’re drilling, drilling, drilling. After that, I’m not a dictator.’"

Trump: "The American public has given me a clear message, They want America to be great again. After that, I'm not a dictator."

Vance questions authority of US judges to challenge Trump: BBC

Vice-President JD Vance has suggested judges do not have authority over the Trump administration's executive power, as the White House responds to a flurry of lawsuits that aim to stall its agenda.

"Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power," he wrote on X.

Vance's remarks on Sunday came less than 24 hours after a judge blocked members of Trump's newly created advisory body, the Department of Government Efficiency (Doge), from accessing sensitive US Treasury Department systems.

During his first three weeks in office, President Donald Trump has signed dozens of executive orders, many of which are alleged by his critics to have exceeded his constitutional authority.

From Fox News today, on a segment called "Outnumbered" from Emily Compagno

"The current president's goal is to serve the American people to run an efficient bloatless government that actually serves the American American people in their time of need and to ensure prosperity.

The fact that the media can't keep up
  • "A" doesn't matter because it we're not looking to them for the news anyway

  • and "B", Guess what? President Trump is doing his office of comms is directly emailing and putting out on Truth social and putting on the websites every day all day, all exactly what they're doing
So all you have to do "Legacy Media" is simply repeat, retweet, repost and that's the news and that's the facts"

Which is going to cause a clbuttic dumpster fire as they delete pages talking about things like privilege-escalation attacks and equality comparisons in ACLs and similar.

I'm sure inconvenient statisitics will be deleted along with the list of words.
Historical comparisons become difficult if the history is erased.

1984 did describe the practice of rewriting history, and to a degree 'alternative facts'.
Though when it was written the oxymoron 'alternative facts' may have seemed crude.

As Americans Doublethink and Newspeak their way into the future.

Ai makes a much more efficent 'forever' Big Brother.

Evangelicals may even understand a God made in the image of the mind of its creator Elon.
A forever Elon to fill the gap God left in not providing a God on Earth to run things.

See the funny Wiki page on the Sc_nthorpe problem

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sc_nthorpe_problem

Replace the underscore with "u"

I literally couldn't post the town name here, because of Geekzone's profanity filter.
