Tyler’s family is registered republicans

His father is a minister and former law enforcement

They have family members in the military.

Oh and Tyler’s parents introduced him to weapons at an early age."

Trump on Fox & Friends on Friday morning, the US president was asked what he intended to do to heal the wounds of Kirk’s shooting in Utah.

“How do we fix this country? How do we come back together?” The Fox News show’s continued that there were radicals operating on the left and right of US politics.

Trump: “I tell you something that is going to get me in trouble, but I couldn’t care less.

The radicals on the right are radical because they don’t want to see crime …

The radicals on the left are the problem – and they are vicious and horrible and politically savvy.

They want men in women’s sports, they want transgender for everyone, they want open borders.

The worst thing that happened to this country.”

Moulton shares death threats after calling on Trump to condemn all political violence: The Hill

Representive Seth Moulton (Democrat Massachusetts) said he’s received threats over his Thursday statement urging the Trump administration to help cool the nation’s political temperature after the shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

“My office has received an extraordinary number of violent and graphic threats yesterday and today from right-wing individuals online and over the phone—directed toward me, my family, and my staff—after I pointed out the simple fact that President Trump should join [House] Speaker [Mike] Johnson [R-La.] and other level-headed Republicans in condemning political violence, not inciting it further,” Moulton wrote in a Friday statement on social platform X, with a screenshot of hateful comments under his social media posts.

The Massachusetts Democrat said the “solution” to political disagreement in America is “never violence.”

“It should be easy for everybody to say that,” he told his followers, urging GOP lawmakers to condemn violence “just as I and many other Democrats condemn violence by the left.”

Gavin Newsom started a Podcast. On 7/3/25 his first guest was Charlie Kirk. 

 

 

 

Gavin's 13 year old son's enthusiasm for Charlie was a big reason for him to interview him.

 

 

 

This video gave me the impetus to learn more about Charlie Kirk and MAGA. Gavin and Charlie are having a calm, good natured and robust conversation enjoying laughs together about the big issues.

My son would NEVER hold my hunting rifle (under my supervision) in such a way that the barrel of the weapon (whether loaded or unloaded) would be pointed at a person. If this happens during a routine inspection of weapons in accordance with firearms legislation, e.g. when handling them from the safe, you can hand in your licence straight away.

Pity Kirk's views on abortion and transgender people (amongst other things) weren't so robust.

 

Can you please provide a TL:DR overview of the video you linked to? Again we have a video but no real reason of why we should watch it. I have no doubt Kirk could be polite and friendly when it was required of him, but that doesn't change the fact he held some pretty extreme views on a number of topics.

 

I guess what I'm trying to say is I would like you to "sell" me on why I should watch this video, as opposed to "I watched it and it changed my life!"
