And this is the orange buffoon's idea of "the ideal woman"? Each to their own, I guess.

I suppose it's like people who buy Rolls Royces and spray them barbie-doll pink: not only am I wealthy and powerful enough to get extensive plastic surgery, I am wealthy and powerful enough not to care that the result makes me look like a RealDoll that failed quality control.

So, Trump wil meet Zelesky soon. Tomahawks are a thing now, offered by Trump as a possible option.

Trump has said that he is tapping me (Putin) And no point in a meeting.

NOW with Tomahawks on the radar Putin has fawned Trump. Tomahawks wont matter but it will harm USA/Russia relations, so lets talk. And they will talk as Putin is smart, he will fawn and butter up Trump. So, Tomahawks will be off the radar. "Putin likes me, I know that, we are making progress" [waves hands horizontally]

A 10yo could predict this.

A few cartoons for your Saturday morning:

The orange buffoon as "peacemaker":

Who to believe?:

John Bolton and the storing of classified documents (yet another one of Trump's "only the best people" that he handpicked himself 🙄):

and finally, James's amazingly bad attempt at whataboutism and deflection in the Young Republicans text scandal - I wonder what his wife (of Indian descent) thinks about all the racist comments? :

It's sad when I have to hear about this from a cartoon.

The Trump-approved Qatari base in Idaho should raise major security concerns: MSNBC

Qatar’s ruling family may have just found out how much influence a run-down Boeing 747 buys you in Donald Trump’s America.

In a scenario that would have dominated the headlines in any other administration, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced last week that Qatar’s Air Force would be moving into a plush new “military facility” at the Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. Yes, the same Qatar that Trump once accused of funding global terrorism. What a difference an airplane makes!

United States Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller claimed that Chicago is more dangerous than Mexico City and Baghdad.

I'm ignoring Baghdad, since it's obviously a willful lie. Baghdad has conflict-related deaths and broader violent instability. Might as well say Chicago is more dangerous than the largest Amish settlement, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

In Chicago, most homicides are committed with firearms. About 82-90% of homicides in Chicago involve guns. In 2022 there were about 3,464 gun-violence victims (people shot fatally or non-fatally).

In Mexico City, about 70% of homicides involved guns. There is a large illegal firearms market in Mexico, almost exclusively from the USA. One recent figure: over 13 million illegal firearms circulate in Mexico, many smuggled in from the US, used by organized crime.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

An old clip of a deeply respectful encounter when Donald Trump and Prime Minister Keir Starmer shared the stage of share the Gaza Peace Summit stage. It's the very picture of calm diplomacy and mutual admiration.

Many U.S. soybean farmers feel betrayed by Donald Trump’s trade-war and collapse of the China market. US loss stings. Argentina bail-out goes beyond adding insult to injury, to traitorous.

While farmers regard his policies as under-cutting their future, they are seem unwilling to abandon the Republican Party en-masse.

Trump's approval among rural voters has only dropped by 8 points, according to a 2025 poll.

Why Trump Is Spending $20B to ‘Make Argentina Great Again’

This post is about the "No Kings" protest

Sidenote: Washington, D.C. residents can’t vote fully in federal elections because the capital isn’t a state. They pay taxes and serve their country, but they’re denied proper representation in Congress. It's a leftover from 18th-century politics that conservative politicians keep in place, as Washington DC has been historically liberal.

Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa can't vote either. They are U.S. citizens. (In American Samoa, where they’re U.S. nationals).

None of them can vote for president, and their representatives in Congress can’t cast votes.

Note that 3 km of tunnels that were dug with Tunnel Boring Machines, "TBMs" that were both designed and manufactured by The Boring Company (the Prufrock-series).

Compare 3 km Musk to the Kremlin estimate of 113 km distance.

Musk largest tunnel has a cross section of 11 m² versus the Channel Tunnel of 93 m² cross section.

The Boring Company has NOT built any tunnels under a major river. Luckily So the Bering Sea water depth is shallow compared to the English Channel, but it's still at least 60 meters underwater minimum.

Note in case Trump reads this: I have aquirred the title to the Brookyln Bridge, and I'll willing to sell it for $100,000 in Apple gift cards or bitcoins.

Putin envoy pitches Elon Musk on a tunnel connecting Russia and Alaska: Washington Post

President Donald Trump said Friday that a Russian proposal for Elon Musk and his tunneling business, the Boring Company, to build an undersea rail tunnel through the Bering Strait was “interesting” and he’d have to think about it.

“That’s an interesting one,” Trump said when asked about the suggested tunnel from Russia to Alaska. “We’ll have to think about that. I hadn’t heard that.”

Prince Andrew Gives Up All Royal Titles As Jeffrey Epstein Victim Posthumous Memoir Set To Be Released:

As a posthumous memoir from Prince Andrew and Donald Trump pal Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre is set to be released on October 21, the aristocratic Brit put out a short statement announcing his new so-called self-demoted status. Note the lack of anything approaching an apology:
In discussion with The King, and my immediate and wider family, we have concluded the continued accusations about me distract from the work of His Majesty and the Royal Family. I have decided, as I always have, to put my duty to my family and country first. I stand by my decision five years ago to stand back from public life.

With His Majesty’s agreement, we feel I must now go a step further. I will therefore no longer use my title or the honours which have been conferred upon me. As I have said previously, I vigorously deny the accusations against me.

Trump biographer Michael Wolff again says Epstein showed pictures of Trump with topless girls. There's a good chance those pictures were seized by the FBI in 2019:

Wolff provides additional background on his relationship with Epstein.
