MAGA Site Took Money to Unmask Charlie Kirk Critics—Then Vanished: The Daily Beast

A pro-MAGA website that urged supporters to fund a database unmasking Charlie Kirk critics took tens of thousands in crypto—then vanished, infuriating donors.

The site, "Expose Charlie’s Murderers", launched hours after the assassination of the right-wing influencer, 31, in September. It promised a searchable trove of names and workplaces for “the largest firing operation in history,” according to Drop Site’s review of the now-offline project.

"A fool and his money are soon parted." 😀

Same thing could be said for the donors who paid for him to demolish part of the White House to build his tacky ballroom (whataboutism included at no extra charge):

The NY Times - Why Trump won’t quit third-term talk

27 Oct 2025

Last week, President Trump demolished the East Wing of the White House, acknowledged demanding hundreds of millions of dollars from his own government and extended a campaign of blowing up boats in foreign waters that legal specialists describe as unlawful.

This morning, somewhere between Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo, he returned to a different, norm-busting leitmotif of a presidency intended to maximize his personal power: teasing the idea of running for a constitutionally prohibited third term.

I would love to do it,” Trump told reporters on Air Force One.

He added, not entirely convincingly, that he hadn’t really thought about it - although his allies certainly have.

It’s unclear whether Trump ... who would be the oldest president in history by the time he leaves office, is serious. ...

Is he just throwing a bone to the Press?   🙄

Axios has a non-exhaustive list of all the times the orange buffoon has bloviated about this "I can have a third term" nonsense: https://archive.ph/IcR6Z

I've lost track of the things I hate and despise about the Trump Creature, but one of the latest really gets across my tits: His habit of 'floating' ideas to the press and public to get feedback about their viability or even non-viability before he goes ahead. It's such a totally gutless way to 'govern', not that the term is appropriate for anything done by by this fool.

The Fox News reports is throwing soft-ball questions, and this comically moustache CEO is answering with intentionally misleading answers, but the sentiment is genuine.

He's a Republican rancher upset at Trump:

"Fox: How many beef, cow, calf farms and ranches are we losing to bankruptcy every month?

CEO: Well, we've lost over half of all the cattle operations that were in business just over a generation ago, in 1980, they're gone today. And in the 5-year period from 2017 to 2022, we've lost another 106,000 of them -- excuse me, they're included in that.
...
The beef packers, the highly concentrated packers, four of which control 80% of the cattle market, have been given unlimited access to ports around the world.
...
One of the things i hear from ranchers is, especially small farms that have beef and cattle, that they wish they could process their beef locally and without all this USDA regulation on top of them.

Last month Trump's quack physician said he was in "exceptional health" at recent visit to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

Today Trump aged 79, was asked if he had an MRI scan during that visit.

"I did. I got an MRI. It was perfect"

"The doctor said [it] was some of the best reports, for the age, they've ever seen"

Asked why he received the MRI Trump evaded the reporters with "ask the doctors".

The beef CEO uses anecdotalism: Argentinian beef imports being used to drive the whole discussion. When confronted, he does admit Argentinian beef imports is small.

But it is still an emotive point, an implied call to arms, against Trump's support of Argentina against US ranchers.

The CEO also makes intentionally misleading listeners by expanding the question "monthly bankruptcies" to a 10 year drop in total number of rancher, by including retirements, land sales, consolidation, transfers and voluntary exits in his answer.

Just a public version of the focus groups one of our governments used in the past. 😎

Trump isn't a 'focus group'.

Must admit I am quite astonished by the transformation in James (and his wife, possibly moreso) since he became Vice President. He does look kinda tired and worn out.

And we're only 9 months in...

You're right he isn't a focus group, and yes it is a gutless way to govern, but I think you missed my point that other politicians have used similar tactics. What he's doing here isn't all that special. There's other things he's doing that are more radical and deserve more attention/reaction.
