Tommy Tuberville is a former football coach, now Alabama senator.

From Trump Bible: Verily, the Lord did utter His word, and forthwith was football brought unto the earth.

And lo, He did ordain the coaches as archangels of His host, to minister and to govern the game, to lead men in battle upon the field, and to keep the ordinances thereof unto everlasting remembrance.

Among other things Tuberville is known for blocking virtually all military promotions over an Pentagon abortion policy for female soldiers.

Everyone in the house voted for Epstein bill release, except one.

Higgs is a former sheriff, who was forced to resign (which in Louisiana is saying a lot). He maintains ties with former law enforcement officials accused of serious misconduct, including sex trafficking and incest

The only 'no' vote on releasing Epstein files: BBC

Seems Johnson thought there was a delay fix in.

Mike asked Senate leader to do slow meticulous review and amend the bill creating further delay.

Johnson was upset Senate did not hold this up (forever) in process, just immediate up-down vote.

So the man who talks directly to God, the neo-moses, the almost perfect Evangelical, (Next to Trump),
still trying to hold back justice again.

Its Pam Bondi who is releasing this, the next batter up and with her track record.

But wait, Mike almost looked to give Trump cover to not sign, however Trump's signed it.

'Its not a Perfect Bill according to Mike'

“I was just told that Chuck Schumer rushed it to the floor and put it out there preemptively,” Johnson told the reporter. “It needed amendments. I just spoke to the president about that. We’ll see what happens.”

Johnson added that both he and Trump “have concerns” about the bill as it stands and was asked whether the president could veto it when it lands on his desk.

All on Pam now?

Assuming these numbers are accurate - especially coming from somewhere like Fox News - this is really bad.

How bad is really bad? It doesn't matter as long as he keeps slobbering hamberders all over the Lincoln Room. It only matters when the people who hold up his fat arse decide they have had enough.

Stampeding Republican elephants flatten scientist standing in way.

Scientist stands up: "well actually.."

Another set of elephants circle and trample scientist, while previous elephants circle back for another run.

JD Vance does not know how science works.

The Guardian - Outrage after Trump accuses Democrats of ‘seditious behavior, punishable by death’

20 Nov 2025

Democrats expressed outrage after Donald Trump accused a group of Democratic lawmakers of engaging in “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH” and that they should be arrested after they posted a video in which they told active service members they should refuse illegal orders.

The video, released on Tuesday, features six Democratic lawmakers who have previously served in the military or in intelligence roles, including senators Elissa Slotkin and Mark Kelly, and representatives Maggie Goodlander, Chris Deluzio, Chrissy Houlahan and Jason Crow.

Like us, you all swore an oath to protect and defend this constitution,” the lawmakers said in the 90-second video. “And right now, the threats to our constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear, you can refuse illegal orders, you can refuse illegal orders, you must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our constitution.”

That seemed to prompt a furious response from the US president.

On Thursday morning, Trump wrote on Truth Social: “It’s called SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Each one of these traitors to our Country should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL.”

Sideface:The Guardian - Outrage after Trump accuses Democrats of ‘seditious behavior, punishable by death’<

A soldier in the U.S. military who follows an unlawful order faces severe punishment, including life imprisonment or the death penalty, if convicted of murder under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).

The defense of "just following orders" is generally not valid if a person of ordinary common sense would know the order was unlawful.

The only defense is they did not know and could not reasonably have known the order was unlawful.

For premeditated murder or murder committed during certain other offenses, the maximum possible punishment is death

Unpremeditated murder is intent to kill or inflict great bodily harm, but without prior consideration. For that any punishment other than the death penalty up to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole is possible.

These severe penalties reflect the long-standing international legal principle, reinforced by the Nuremberg trials, that "just following orders" is not a valid defense for war crimes or crimes against humanity if a moral choice was possible.

If and that is an IF, the Democrats get a good majority in both houses of congress, at the midterms, next year, all of the above could lead to DJT’s impeachment as well as his present historical actions in his term so far. So keep going with your childish tantrums on social media and run away mouth of your Stable Genius mouth and toss out your big black texta pens and start practicing with prison crayons.

He is starting to loose his base especially those of Hispanic and Colour whom he lied through his teeth to. The redrawing of electoral boundaries is starting to backfire as these are mainly of Hispanic and Colour. But, also, going by the latest round of elections, he is loosing base counties as well as individual States which is where he had won previously.

He is concentrating too much on foreign affairs for one reason and one reason only, The Noble Peace Prize, to the huge determinant of domestic matters.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

No U.S. president has ever been removed from office through impeachment.

Richard Nixon resigned before the House could vote, because conviction was almost certain

The remaining three impeached president were impeached by the House, but all were acquitted in the Senate. You need a two‑thirds in both.

#1 Andrew Johnson, #2 Bill Clinton same story

And #3 Donald Trump twice; same story.

House of Representatives forecasts indicate Democrats are likely to gain around 10 seats, enough to flip the House back into Democratic control, but not enough to force Trump out

Republicans currently hold a 53 to 47 advantage. Democrats would need a net gain of 4 seats just to reach 51 and retake control.

Betting markets PredictIt and Polymarket currently price Republican Senate control as more likely at around 70% odds.

Trump said impeachment attempts only make him stronger politically, and joking that Democrats “should impeach me every week” because it boosts his popularity.

There is a trusim: neutrality in the face of injustice is not truly neutral; it benefits the oppressor.

Pam Bondi was Florida Attorney General for 8 years.

Even though she was a state AG, she was focused heavily on opposing the Obama administration’s initiatives, particularly in health care, and immigration.

Bondi opposed federal rules from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), including limits on greenhouse gas emissions from power plants.

Watchdogs criticized her for failing to protect Floridians from predatory lenders and foreclosure fraud, while spending resources on ideological battles.

She argued these rules overstepped federal authority and harmed Florida’s economy.

Her office was criticized for weak enforcement against corporate misconduct and for pursuing partisan lawsuits rather than focusing on Floridians’ needs

Brad Bondi’s attorneys asked me to retract my post about the pardon of Trevor Milton. Here’s why.
