People like him were already shunned in Kindergarten – or beaten up. 🤣

Without wanting to sound threatening, NATO WITHOUT the US also has 510-550 own nuclear warheads lying around ... just mentioning it in passing. We just don't transport them around the world in expensive aircraft carriers and do not blackmail anyone with it.

Canada and China. UK and China for 4 days with a swathe of UK business people.

Tariffs are great we get trillions supposedly. Most are paid by US taxpayers, a good amount by US businesses. Some, maybe a good amount by terrible exporters? China managed to squeak to their GDP target.

So, tariffs have worked for non US nations as they diversify, not all eggs in the one US basket. That may cause more US tariffs, and these extra tariffs will be painful, but they are on a decreasing level of trade.

Now who is holding the cards???

Bovini was working for Noem. Probably still is. Noem certainly has not been offloaded. Miller likewise remains working for Trump and singing Trump's tune. I'm not sure where you got that idea.

Homan is hardline but he's not stupid.

Maybe not. Homan somehow got away with accepting $50k cash in a paper bag which was quietly forgotten when he joined the Trump administration.

The NY Times - 2 Federal Agents Who Shot Minneapolis Man Are Placed on Leave

The two federal agents who opened fire on a Veterans Affairs nurse in Minneapolis have been placed on leave, an official with the Department of Homeland Security said on Wednesday, as more voices, including some in the Republican Party, broke with the White House over its handling of the fatal shooting.

It was unclear if the department had taken any action regarding the other agents involved in the encounter with the nurse, Alex Pretti, including those who had helped restrain him before the two agents fired about 10 bullets into his back and as he slumped onto the street.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent attempted to enter Ecuador’s consulate in Minneapolis, but was turned back by an employee, prompting an official complaint to the US embassy in Quito, the country’s foreign ministry said.

“Relax, relax, I didn’t enter,” the agent replies, before telling the staffer: “If you touch me, I will grab you.” The agent leaves shortly after.

Greg Meeks, the top Democrat on the House foreign affairs committee, blasted the incident as “another outrageous and unacceptable disregard for the rule of law” by the Trump administration, as well as a breach of diplomatic protocols.

“Diplomatic facilities are protected for a reason. Any effort by US law enforcement officials to enter another country’s diplomatic facility without permission is not only unlawful, it risks setting a profoundly dangerous precedent that could put American diplomats, servicemembers and their families abroad at risk,” Meeks said.
