Sideface: The White House stands about 70 feet tall. The Lincoln Memorial, roughly 100 feet. The triumphal arch President Donald Trump wants to build would eclipse both if he gets his wish.
re. Trump wants to build a 250-foot-tall arch, dwarfing the Lincoln Memorial (WAPO)

Q Anon and MAGAts then: "Think of the children. End the deep state. They traffic children!"
Q Anon and MAGAts now: "It doesn't really matter. The world is different now. Immigrants!"

gzt: Brent Ratner trusted by the Trumps to direct the Melania documentary, for obvious reasons:
I'm not sure how many people remaining will want to see the movie after seeing that.

I think, given all the nasty crap that the orange buffoon does, and MAGA stands unwaveringly next to him, this won't make much difference.
There have been a few theatres sold out (mostly in conservative areas), and Rotten Tomatoes public reviews are 99% positive - however the critics reviews are much more scathing:

My impression the majority don't think a movie about the first lady "behind the scenes" is interesting enough to want to watch or pay for. Mind you, I wonder how many of the positive reviews were recipients of the $50 they were offering at some sessions to get people to attend? Kinda puts to bed Trump's whole "paid protestors" line to anyone opposing him 🤔

Hehe, hadn't thought of that 😃
As an aside, I had a look to see if anyone here is showing it - turns out at the moment there's 7 cinemas, all in Auckland. Most of the showings I found had only betwwen2 and 6 seats booked; best I found was one cinema with 10.
Yeah...despite the orange buffoon talking it up as being the best thing since sliced bread, I don't think many Kiwi cinemagoers feel the same way.
