I'm no dermatologist, but that doesn't look particularly good 🤔

? Shingles ?

Antiviral treatment and localised lidocaine cream or/and anti-inflammatory creams (hydrocortisone), of which too much will also cause an even more inflammatory rash.

Reaction to his fake tanning cream, orange hair dye or an inflammatory zit or a response to a hickey from Melania.

Plus don’t forget he is on huge (not recommended) doses of aspirin.

Just a guess. We will never know as he and his doctors will lie.

Apparenrtly he can't, as the poor boy is just one inch too tall for regulations.

I knew I'd seen a meme about this somewhere:

May be an image of the Oval Office and text that says "The White House says Barron Trump is "too tall" at 6'9" for military service. David Robinson was 7'0" and put his NBA career on hold to serve in the Navy. Height clearly wasn't an excuse then and it sn't now. @realtrumpstein"

Perfectly plausible - but like a lot of this meme stuff - fake news:

I'm sure Barron Trump would be happy to take his briefcase and hair gel to a console and fire missiles at anything you like. If he's anything like his dad he'll be a big success:

Hence why I said it was a meme and not fact 😉

But in all seriousness, I wouldn't put it past Trump to indeed say his son is too tall to do it so he can wangle of doing the draft to serve his country. Just like dear old Dad and his bone spurs 🙄

So he will fight overseas behind the scenes in America?!

The only way Melania would give Trump a hickey is if she slipped in her high-heels, and it was a choice between falling out of a skyscraper balcony or touching Trump.

He has the same SOUR expression as his father. Or is it indifference!

Given the location around the neck and collar line, it could be a skin cancer from repeated sun exposure while out playing golf.

If so it may be being treated with Efudix / Fluorouracil cream.

That cream is intended to kill certain skin cancer cells and following application to the skin, can make quite a red scabby mess as it does it's thing.

Many older members of my family have been treated with this cream for small skin cancers.
