This is the pointless crap he's focused on? 🙄
Wonder how much of this is valid. The pool holds 25 million litres of water (ten-plus Olympic swimming pools worth of water) so a LOT of chemicals would be required to cause destructive damage.

OK so doing some google research I have come up with following AI information:
NOTE: the bold - underline - italics, are mine.
So, are they still using chemicals like chlorine at the filtration point ??? Or did the non-tender winner, the Nano Bubble machine vendor, sell Humpty Dumpty an overpriced "bill of goods" ??? 🤣
----------------------------------
Nanobubble machines infuse water with ultra-fine, microscopic gas bubbles (oxygen or ozone) that are invisible to the naked eye. They transform pool maintenance by significantly boosting dissolved oxygen levels, oxidizing organic waste, and dramatically reducing the need for harsh chemicals like chlorine while ensuring crystal-clear water.
How They Work Unlike standard aerators, nanobubbles are about 2,500 times smaller than a grain of salt and carry a negative surface charge. This charge prevents them from combining and popping at the surface. Instead, they remain suspended in the water for weeks, constantly moving to break up biofilm, oils, and bacteria.
Key Benefits
Installation and Maintenance
Nanobubble generators are typically retrofitted directly into your existing equipment pad. They operate via a sidestream setup right after your filter and heater, tapping into your existing plumbing loop. Because of their heavy-duty sanitation capabilities, they are very popular in the spa/pool industry.
Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.
It's almost like this has happened - shock horror - more than once! 😮🙄

NBC News - Trump keeps bringing up the number 22
21 June 2026
Lately, Donald Trump's favorite number seems to be 22.
This includes falsely claiming that Washington DC has 22 fountains (it has 18), that he had proved wrong 22 Nobel Prize-winning economists and that the military recently destroyed 22 ships in Iran. He has also discussed a swimming pool he built 22 years ago, described meeting with 22 medical specialists and complained that a possible trip to Asia would take 22 hours.
It is unclear why Trump has fixated on this particular number ... he is saying things that are factually inaccurate, over and over again, to conform to his 22 obsession.
It is notable that Trump does have one 22 obsession that could have a direct policy impact - namely, his determination to repeal the 22nd Amendment so he can run for a third term.

Yes, yes.

"David Hearn, a 67-year-old Bethesda, Maryland, man who stopped by the pool while on a 64-mile bike ride, said authorities arrested him and held him for five hours on Friday after he reached down into the pool"

Also discussed (quite humorously) in The Bulwark today:
These villains, it seems, were so cunning, so devastatingly dastardly, that they managed to pull off this shocking act of national blasphemy without once being visible on the cameras embedded in the Washington Monument that transmit a 24/7 public livestream of the Reflecting Pool. Plainly, we are looking at some serious criminals here. But rest assured that Trump is on the case: Many people, he claimed, have already been arrested.
Is that true? Who knows! At least one arrested person has already been identified, however: former U.S. Olympian David Hearn, who told ABC News he was arrested Friday after heading to the Reflecting Pool to see it for himself and touching a piece of the blue coating that had come partially loose. “I did not remove, I did not damage, I did not rip, tear, break, destroy, or harm any part of the Reflecting Pool,” Hearn insisted.
