Chris Norlund is associated with Coindesk, a crypto news site. He's what I would call an enthusiastic amateur expert, who really hates Elon Musk.

I've heard similar views expressed by other media outlets, like Al Jazeera.

Off topic, in 1975, as an infant, Norlund survived a horrific plane crash while being transported to the U.S. with 300 other child refugees in the first flight of Operation Babylift, part of the American evacuation of Saigon at the end of the Vietnam War.

I would not say hate. Its all very calm and without invective.
So much as his stated view that people need to keep their eyes open about where they invest and put their faith.

Exponential growth may not go on forever

Where 'founders' keep making promises that fall short and many other things.
That their interest may just be for themselves only, everyone else just NPCs of varying usefulness and entertainment.

Founders 'word' may have real question when they distort truth and create their own realities from emeralds onwards.
Top 10 gamer to gaming you :-)

Elon Musk's 'reality distortion field' not just being around him and his companies, now embracing USA, and reaching across the world to AFD like groups.
The posters on X closest to him that he promotes and quotes says much.

Nvidia is no surprise.
I have seen commentators talking for quite a while about how highly pumped the stock is based on future not todays earnings.
You only have to look when Intel was unassailable with no-one close, and then it was not a few times.
Chip business has not been an island of stability.

However on the other side you can always do more, faster with more processing power.
It was once thought that no one would need more than a massive 640K of memory. :-)

Musk spoke by video Saturday to a rally of his favorite foreign political party, the Alternative für Deutschland. It’s the one German party that seeks to minimize the importance of the Holocaust, and Musk told them what they wanted to hear: “I think there is too much focus on past guilt, and we need to move beyond that. Children should not feel guilty for the sins of their parents—their great grandparents even.”

This is despicable. And I have to ask, why the hell is he doing this anyway? He's already got the ear of the (supposed) leader of the free world. What does the dropkick need to have the admiration of some idiotic far-right German political party for as well? 🙄

Because after a vote of no confidence in the government, elections will be held here in 26 days, the majority situation is anything but clear and the AfD (and similar parties in Europe) is playing into the hands of Trump’s and Musk's interests. All three are against legal regulations, democracy and Europe.

Heard on this delightful Times Radio interview with the great Stephen Fry:

"I heard a very good joke yesterday, someone said: ‘Musk is not a Nazi, Nazis made really good cars.’"

That's not a very good joke.

That would be like me saying you're not New Zealanders, otherwise you could solve the problem with Musk with No. 8 Wire.

Nazis never built good cars, they had them built under their dictatorship.

Cards Against Humanity game sues Musk’s SpaceX for trespassing: MSN

Cards Against Humanity (CAH) is suing Elon Musk’s SpaceX for $15 million after it allegedly left construction equipment and destroying property on CAH land in Texas.

The complaint, which was filed Thursday evening in Cameron County District Court, details the original state of the land along the U.S.-Mexico border, which CAH worked to keep “in its natural state.” Photographs in the complaint show its current state, filled with equipment and materials not belonging to CAH.

“In short, SpaceX has treated the Property as its own for at least six (6) months without regard for CAH’s property rights nor the safety of anyone entering what has become a worksite that is presumably governed by OSHA safety requirements,” the complaint reads.

In an email screenshotted and shared on X, CAH shared an update about the parcel of land, which was purchased in 2017 to protect from “racist billionaire Donald Trump’s very stupid wall,” through a crowd-funding effort.

“We promised we’d use every legal tool at our disposal to protect this land from bullies like Trump and Musk (who’s spending millions to get Trump elected and also wants to build the stupid wall)” CAH wrote in a statement. “If we don’t take action now, why would anyone ever trust us again?”

That's actually hilarious. Just for the avoidance of doubt - I absolutely, unequivocally  do not advocate for this. I just find the unintentional implication hilarious.

The denominations of Catholics and Methodists have always had left and right wing divisions.

However both denominations have had strong splits now in full bloom. In particular severe splits have developed over LGBTQ+ ministers and congregants, or in Christian-speak, is "God's grace" possible for homosexuals.

This video is about a British Catholic religious figure giving a Nazi salute, and getting disowned.

This video is unusual because the presenter is from a right-wing splinter group of Methodists and commenting on far-right Catholics.

Still he thinks nationalism / racism is bad. He has strong beliefs that any religious figure giving a Nazi salute is damaging to all Christians.

Note that I am a left-leaning atheist, so I don't agree with a lot of this presenter's views. When he talks about "woke mind viruses" or "Western excesses", it's far-right dog-whistles, of which I strongly dispute.

Calvin Robinson goneburger. The official statement from the church indicates Robinson was warned several times after previous actions:

Anglican Catholic Church: A Statement on Calvin Robinson - At approximately 3:00 pm today (1/29) members of the College of Bishops of the ACC were made aware of a post made on X showing the end of a speech made by Calvin Robinson at the National Pro-Life Summit in Washington, DC. In it, he closed his comments with a gesture that many have interpreted as a pro-Nazi salute. While we cannot say what was in Mr. Robinson’s heart when he did this, his action appears to have been an attempt to curry favor with certain elements of the American political right by provoking its opposition. Mr. Robinson had been warned that online trolling and other such actions (whether in service of the left or right) are incompatible with a priestly vocation and was told to desist. Clearly, he has not, and as such, his license in this Church has been revoked. He is no longer serving as a priest in the ACC.

Furthermore, we understand that this is not just an administrative matter. The Holocaust was an episode of unspeakable horror, enacted by a regime of evil men. We condemn Nazi ideology and anti-Semitism in all its forms. And we believe that those who mimic the Nazi salute, even as a joke or an attempt to troll their opponents, trivialize the horror of the Holocaust and diminish the sacrifice of those who fought against its perpetrators. Such actions are harmful, divisive, and contrary to the tenets of Christian charity.

Finally, we pray that God will give us grace to lay aside our unhappy divisions, and we commend our nation and ourselves to his Almighty protection.

The various Anglican Catholic denominations number around 35,000 members in 250 congregations. The Anglican Catholics officially are neither Anglicans or Catholics and are officially definitely not English Catholics.
