Next question to POTUS:

"Would you make a stop through Poland for example? "

I was wondering about that. Here's the transcript from the official White House website

PRESIDENT TRUMP: [Regarding Berlin], we’ll be there. We’ll be there. I’m very honored by the invitation, and that’s true. And we will be there. And maybe soon. It’s — I have German in my blood. I’ll be there.

Q Will you make a stop on the way to Poland, for example?

PRESIDENT TRUMP: Well, I haven’t thought of that, but it could happen. We have — it’s really soon. It’s a little soon. But we’ll be in Poland, I guess, next week. And then, we’ll be heading back. It’s a little bit too soon. But we’re going to be there very soon, in Germany.

I'd guess the reporter was from Deutsche Welle, Given how well many Germans speak English, I'd guess it was a subtle German self-referential humor.

And we all know Trump doesn't do subtle humor.

From the transcript, Trump doesn't do English either.

Apparently the Deutsche Bank documents show Trumps loans were co-signed by Russian oligarchs.

You have to laugh at the bank's lawyers trying to dodge the judge's questions with bullshittery...

The Donald Detox

We have just returned from a family holiday in Belgium.  By unanimous agreement, The Donald was not discussed for two whole weeks.

Our only sighting of the Unmentionable One was in a Brugge novelty shop window ...

This rule change will impact a lot of people.

Traditionally, U.S. military bases are considered to be part of American soil, but that will no longer be the case, according to President Donald Trump’s administration.

According to the military site Task & Purpose, babies born to U.S. soldiers overseas will no longer be considered American citizens.

“It’s a big deal because it is an attempt to limit the number of U.S. citizens who can transmit U.S. citizenship to their children because they have made the choice to patriotically serve their country in the military or other government service,” Ur Jaddou of America’s Voice told Axios in an interview.

For wives of soldiers stationed on the base, it means that they must leave the base after they reach 36 weeks of pregnancy as it is unsafe to travel after. So, expectant mothers must not only leave their spouse to ensure their child is an American, but it means they must also spend the remainder of their pregnancy, including the birth, without their partner.

“According to USCIS, previous legislation also explicitly said that spouses of service members who were living outside the U.S. because of their spouses were considered residing in the U.S., but ‘that no similar provision was included for children of U.S. armed forces members in the acquisition of citizenship context is significant,'” reported Task & Purpose.

The Washington Post - ‘Fox isn’t working for us anymore,’ tweets Trump in another blast at the network

August 29, 2019

President Trump says he wants to change the channel on Fox News, the cable network that helped make his political career and whose hosts have consistently defended his administration.

Trump lashed out at Fox on Wednesday morning, accusing the network in tweets of “heavily promoting the Democrats,” and adding:

“The New @FoxNews is letting millions of GREAT people down! We have to start looking for a new News Outlet. Fox isn’t working for us anymore!”

The tweets were the latest, and perhaps the bluntest, criticisms of Fox that Trump has broadcast to his nearly 64 million Twitter followers, despite unwavering support from Fox’s top-rated opinion programs.

In the past, the symbiosis between Fox and the Trump administration has been so close that critics have called the network “state TV ,” effectively branding it a propaganda organ. ...

Is Donald planning to launch Trump TV in 2020?   😕
