I am really tired of seeing columns by political commentators with an agenda or axe to grind. Are there any good analysts in this country who are truly neutral and objective? I realise no-one can ever be perfectly neutral, but is there anyone who comes close? I would really like to be able to keep up with the important things going on, but without the spin and without having to balance six different sources off each other to try to find something approximating the truth. What recommendations, if any, do you have? I have a 'progressive' bias (whatever that is), but am happy to consider other points of view that are backed by a fair assessment of real facts. I have little patience with propaganda or slanted opinion from either the right or left. What else is there?
