The second review was put out on the whole council scene with not very good results for Sir Tim.

 

I admire this guy a great deal and he has done so much for Southland.

 

It however maybe time for him to step down in light of the growing divide of the council.

 

I do not know the full story down there only what is reported so yeah take it all with a grain of salt.

 

The council meeting though where he did seem disorientated would be cause for concern IMO

If you don't know when to get out, someone needs to make the decision for you. Staying on is bad for the Council and bad for his legacy.

Odd having a review into the performance of an elected representative. Usually that's called an election. Presumably he's elected?
