Moved house recently, with BigPipe. Signed up for the same 100/20 service I had, got hooked up with a 300/100 service!

Very happy as I appreciate the bump in both upload & download. 👍

Our Voyager 100/20 plan has automatically been upgraded to 300/100 no problems.  It's been in place since at least a week ago (when I checked), possibly longer.

Great result.  Thank you Chorus and Voyager!

Cool - just put in my request to drop down (no longer WFH, so don't need as much up speed)  ... here's hoping it doesn't break my static IPs.

The IP will be fine. Back in the days when gigabit was more expensive I used to switch between plans whenever I needed to do large offsite backups. Usually I'd just switch for a month or two then switch back.

I'll probably remain on gigabit even with the new option, especially since Voyager's earlier e-mail did suggest there may be a price adjustment. With other ISPs offering this upgrade for free however, it seems increasingly unlikely that we will see a price increase.

You are indeed correct! - IP's are associated with the username/service, not the speed of the service - your static IP will stay where it is :)

Happy to say that indeed everything remained as it should.  Speedtest confirms 300/100 (ish) and for our use case, I haven't noticed any difference to going down a plan.

Happy Daze!
