Just signed up with Voyager for VDSL, after being with Vodafone for 2+ years.

Must say that for all the crap Vodafone get, I didn't have any major issues with their service and not much time being in a phone queue the rare times I did call them.

So why leave ?

$$$

Did get put through to the retention team who did offer me a very similar deal as to Voyager.... which kind of p***** me off a bit that they do that only when someone wants to leave. No wonder theyre making money hand over fist...

So end of the month, hello Voyager and static IP at a cheaper rate than what Ive been paying :D

I got connected yesterday to voyager, so far so good. Love the pricing for a static IP address I recon it's a joke to charge $10+ a month for it.

Been on Voyager UFB for two months now with a static IP. Couldn't be happier with the 100/20 connection and all for only $69 a month.

Have you ever run a business? Very few businesses pro actively contact their customers to offer them a better deal.

As for your claim they are making money hand over fist you might want check your facts, because that simply isn't the case. They took a major loss last financial year.

Slightly off topic, are they the same Voyage from years ago when they used to do dial up with the connection kits on cd/disk?

Yep I am with voyager on vdsl and I find the service is great. The inexpensive one off fee for a static IP is great.
They offer more than most for less
