Sorry for caps, but I don't have internet, and I hope you can help me :)

We've switched to Voyager Fibre today, but since then we no longer have internet.

I've got a Huawei HG630b modem, and I've changed the following settings as per their manual:

  • Username
  • password
  • VLAN ID to 10
  • 802.1P to 0

But, no internet. Log keeps saying:

2010-1-1 13:14:44  Daemon Notice pppc 1  WAN connection SPARK_FIBRE is connecting ...

Under Basic > WAN Fibre is disconnected. Under Basic > Link Interface, Fibre is apparently up?

What else should I change? Or is something else wrong?
