That was soooooooo annoying!! I'm not sure who I am signing up with but it isn't Voyager. My husband, who has been listening in to my end of the conversation said I was very tolerant but straight forward.
There was a real lack of comms to sign up over the phone with little further info via email. When seeking reassurance over the phone about how to fill in the credit card info which asked for an account number and invoice number (neither of which I had been given- I was then told to use the provisioning number) and I asked 'Are you sure this is going to work?' the accounts dept. employee said she found the question offensive! This WAS after I said the process was confusing and I asked was it their normal process and how did other people know what to put on the form?
I was expecting an invoice or something. Or at least instructions! Not a link to a form I had no known info to fill in.
The sales guy I called up afterward implied they are overloaded with Atrix customers right now and also said they would be changing (is this company in flux for some reason?) how things were dealt with but I feel no confidence in this company at all now and cancelled my order.
