I was reasonably sure that ASB charge 0.12% of the overdraft limit as the monthly fee on overdrafts (min. $5 for arranged, $10 for unarranged). Unless your overdraft limit is around $17k or higher (which it may be, I suppose) you shouldn't be paying $20. Anyway, if you were the OP and you were with ASB you'd be charged $5 instead of $3.
