raytaylor: I used to be with ANZ - when they merged the backend with national bank it went to crap.
You cant even have two usernames for different people to login anymore
DarthKermit: I've only ever used ANZ's online banking, so have nothing else to compare it with. I guess it works.
I was very annoyed that they introduced 2FA with no warning. I had to get our personal banking contact to exclude me from that, as I need to be able to add casual payees if I'm paying for things thru Trademe.
rayonline: But the wee thing with ASB is that if you do a transfer pass an amount it requires you to pay some money for a secure code via SMS.
psychrn: The ASB website is very good but the Android/windows apps are superb in my view

Que? It's free to receive a Netcode SMS. You only pay money if you want a physical Netcode token (RSA SecurID).
AidanS:
However, something possibly worth noting is that they probably won't be getting Paywave for their debit cards anytime soon, as that's what my banker told me when I asked. He said at this stage they only intend to use NFC on their MasterCard CC's. (obviously this could, and hopefully will change in the future).
Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation
