Going by my emails, have been on the waiting list for 5 years and somehow didn't get access, but friends who signed up a week ago did. Have reached out to their customer support to see what the deal is.

I got my email 5 days ago, been on waitlist since April. Maybe you are on a non existent list??

Agreed, every attempt to withdraw / transfer money into an NZ bank account has failed. Everything has to be done via the mobile app. I see more benefit from Wise than with these guys.
Please keep this GZ community vibrant by contributing in a constructive & respectful manner.

Not too sure really, I can still sign in with my phone number / email - I just get a "Your account will be ready soon, so be on the look out for an email from us in your inbox" when I sign in - Which is different to the waitlist counter it had a few months back.
Might just have to use my other phone number and make a second account / rejoin the waitlist.

I've signed up, got the email last night, Still waiting identity verification. The exchange rates (that are available....) and overseas transfer fees are very underwhelming when compared to Wise
Just a heads up that the referral code link includes the name you signed up with (i.e. your full real name).

No email from them yet, and the app is not signed in and it says that my phone number is not a valid account after sending me a SMS code when I choose that I have forgotten my access code.
Only email I have is from 10/10/2022 saying I am on the queue and offering to bump me up for spamming my friends.
Dont try to sign in, you need to register which takes you through AML checks
I'm in, not sure if I prefer it to Wise or not.

Received my invitation today and signed up. Looks like the functionality is extremely pared back to what is offered in the UK and other markets. As the previous poster said, there appears to be little benefit over Wise which does much the same things. If you're doing a lot of travel / FX, it seems like Wise may be better value too.

I'm looking for a easy way to put GBP into my UK sibs accounts.
I've been holding off going with Wise to see what Revolut does.
Interested in seeing peoples experiences and comparisons.

I had the same issue, ended up reaching out to support who had to manually verify my address and then got it approved 5 minutes later.
