I'm not exactly sure but didn't his legal team rubbish dotcoms claims that there were two lunches, and the two Americans were only at one of them,
And even if the Americans were at the lunch, as Mr banks said in this interview, himself and Dotcoms discussed the donations away from other people
Imho the reason the prosecution was essentially chucked out of court and Banks's appeal upheld was essentially the same reason a judge threw out the Red Devil's case.
The authorities attempted to abuse the court. In Banks's case by effectively withholding evidence from the court and in the other case by asking the court to witness false documents.
