It was on my drivers license.

Which proves nothing. They need something that has been recently sent to you to prove that it is your current address. Unlike Australia, when you change your address Waka Kotahi/NZTA does not send you a new license or replacement address sticker. Also, it's a pretty much universal rule that you cannot use the same document to prove two things.

Another thing happened this afternoon. Stopped at Sal's Pizza and ordered some food - total was $24. I am keeping a low balance on Revolut, to test it over time - currently had $ 25.20 and the transaction was declined (using the virtual card via Google Pay).

Still using Google Pay, I immediately switched to a BNZ card and that transaction worked.

Contacted Revolut support while still in the store and they told me it was probably a communication error.

Yesterday I decided to use the one-use virtual card to buy a season pass on Battle.net. It wasn't accepted, saying, "This merchant doesn't support this card".

It did accept the virtual card number though.

Happened with me while signing up for Apple TV trial, it was successful though.

Does Revolut not charge fee for AUD transactions like Wise does? Used it to buy something from Amazon AU & no fees was charged! Amount was converted from NZD balance.

I had similar issues with Wise while in Hungary and England earlier this year. Problem solved when using their physical card, or switching to the major banks Google pay card. I always tried twice when it failed, to try and rule out comms failures.

Currently there's no account details ie account number brach code etc for a GBP account.  So I can't directly transfer money from my UK HSBC account to the Revolut GBP account.

It's been saying "Coming Soon" unde the account details tab for months.

No fees are charged for any transactions on the card. Though I believe free accounts do get charged on the conversion above a certain limit, I cannot recall.

You won't ever get a branch code and account number for the foreign currencies. They will eventually provide you SWIFT details to send it directly to the account held at the New Zealand bank in GBP.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Well.... I have a UK brach sort code and account number for my UK Wise card.  Enables me to transfer GBP from my HSBC GBP account to my Wise GBP wallet, without charges.

Not so with Revolut at the moment.

Not so with Revolut ever. You'll only get SWIFT.
